Got a junk car taking up a parking spot in Vancouver? Scrap Car Guys removes unwanted vehicles anywhere in the city and pays cash when we pick them up. From downtown parkades to East Vancouver driveways, our trucks handle tight spaces every day, and every vehicle we collect goes through eco-friendly recycling.
Scrap cars we take in Vancouver
Any make, any model, running or not. We take cars, trucks, vans and SUVs with accident damage, dead engines, failed transmissions or high kilometres. Offers range from $200 to $15,000 depending on the vehicle, its condition and current scrap value. Missing the registration papers? For eligible vehicles we can still work without a title – call and ask about your situation.
Pickup anywhere in the city
Street parking, underground parkades, back lanes and loading zones: Vancouver parking is rarely simple. Tell us where the car sits and whether there are height or gate restrictions, and we plan the removal around it. Same-day pickup is often possible depending on timing and truck availability, and towing is always free within Vancouver.
How removal works
- Call or text (778) 680-2274 with the vehicle’s year, make, model and condition.
- We give you an offer. There is no obligation to accept it.
- If we agree on a price, we schedule pickup, pay you cash on the spot and tow the car away for recycling.
A local team with real history
Scrap Car Guys is part of a group that has spent 14 years in the automotive industry, five of them buying unwanted vehicles for cash across Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley. The trucks, the towing equipment and the recycling process are things we run ourselves.
Vancouver questions
My car does not start. Will you still take it?
Yes. Tell us why it does not run and whether it rolls and steers, and we will factor that into the offer and the pickup plan.
Do you charge for towing inside Vancouver?
No. Towing is free for vehicles we buy within the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley, including all Vancouver neighbourhoods.
